what payment options do you accept?  iDeal, PayPal, G-Pay, Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

where can i track my order?  if your order was shipped tracked you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information!

do you ship internationally? yes! i ship to nearly every country through PostNL, or my trusted shipping partner. 

do you have discount codes or run sales?  every once in a while i run sales, or have special promotions! keep an eye on my socials to find out when something's happening!

why do paintings take so long to ship?  paintings can take up to 60 days to ship. this is to ensure they're fully cured and dried before they embark on their journey to you!

how and where do you source your products?  for acrylic keychains, PET bookmarks i use Wooacry and PawPrintMerch. for paper products like prints and notepads i use Print&Bind.

for things like washi tape i use Vograce. textile merch and stickers are made in house.
